Wawa will offer free coffee on Super Bowl Sunday right up until kickoff.
The company made the announcement Wednesday as momentum builds toward Super Bowl LII between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots.
Wawa said the promotion is valid at all of its Mid-Atlantic stores in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
“At Wawa, we’ve always had a special connection to the Philadelphia culture and its sports teams, and we get just as excited as our customers do when one of them is playing for a chance to win a championship," Wawa CEO Chris Gheysens, a 1989 St. Augustine Prep graduate, said in a news release.
Wawa said the free coffee — which is good for any size — is available until 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 4.
